The Field & Flame Scalloped Slicer is a limited-edition collaboration between Messermeister and Iron & Resin, combining Italian craftsmanship with a California Craftsman aesthetic. The 8.25" scalloped blade is forged from Nitro-B steel at 62 HRC hardness, riding on an 80/20 hollow grind that delivers clean, controlled cuts through brisket, roasts, bread, and large produce. The handle pairs denim Micarta with a Ruby Red G10 liner for a distinctive, secure grip that holds up in demanding kitchen and outdoor cooking environments. Hand wash only; not dishwasher safe.
