WEEKENDS does not authorize OpenAI to use WEEKENDS API inputs and outputs to train or improve its general-purpose models unless WEEKENDS expressly elects to participate in a data-sharing or model-improvement program.
You should not submit highly sensitive personal information through an AI chat, search, or other AI feature unless it is reasonably necessary for your interaction.
AI-generated information may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users should independently evaluate information where appropriate.

We may derive preferences, interests, recommendations, product affinities, or similar information from activity on WEEKENDS.
Sensitive Personal Information
For certain Stores, Affiliates, or other Users, we or our service providers may process information such as Account credentials, financial account information, tax information, or identity-verification information where necessary to process payments, payouts, verify identity, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CCPA unless otherwise disclosed.

Search, analytics, device, and usage information: for periods reasonably necessary for analytics, personalization, product improvement, fraud prevention, security, and advertising, depending on the nature of the information and applicable provider settings.
AI interactions: for periods reasonably necessary to provide the applicable feature, maintain security, investigate abuse, improve WEEKENDS functionality, and satisfy legal obligations, subject to applicable provider and WEEKENDS retention settings.
Marketing information: while you remain subscribed or otherwise eligible to receive marketing and afterward as necessary to maintain suppression and consent records.
Security and fraud information: for as long as reasonably necessary to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations.
Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect safety, or establish or defend legal claims.
WEEKENDS uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to help provide search, discovery, recommendations, content generation, personalization, moderation, fraud prevention, and other functionality.

You are responsible for protecting your Account credentials and should notify us promptly if you believe your Account has been compromised.
WEEKENDS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances not permitted by law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Stores and participants in programs through which Users can earn compensation, including the Affiliate Program, must be at least 18 years old.
WEEKENDS does not knowingly sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising personal information belonging to consumers under 16.
WEEKENDS may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, Stores, social networks, payment services, or other services.
Those third parties may independently collect or process information under their own privacy policies.
This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of third parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our Services, privacy practices, technologies, or legal obligations.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Revised” date.
