International Shipping

• We ship to most countries worldwide.
• International orders may take 7-21 business days to arrive after shipping, depending on the destination country.
• All international shipments are subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees which are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
• Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.

Tracking Information

• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
• Tracking numbers may take 1-3 business days to become active in the courier's system.
• You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Address

Delivery Issues

Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return of items purchased from shredtimes.com.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Original packaging should be included whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email rita@shredtimes.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
3. Package your item(s) securely with all original tags attached.
4. Ship the package to the provided return address.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
• International returns may be subject to customs fees which are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• For payment by bank transfer, you will need to provide your bank account details.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
