The LF 5L is a 5-liter running vest built for technical mountain running and alpine objectives. A 100% Dyneema mesh base provides breathability while reducing weight and maintaining tension under load, and an integrated tension system eliminates bounce during hard efforts. The vest includes an integrated pole quiver and ice tool carry system for runners moving into committing terrain, and accommodates up to 3L of hydration. Two 600mL HydraPak flasks are included.
