Try us out! If for any reason your RUX product is not right for you, send it back for FREE. We'll provide your return shipping label, making it easy, fast and free to return part/all of your order.
We’re confident you’ll love your RUX, but we get it—you want to be sure. That’s why we offer free returns within 30 days. Try it, take it on an adventure, and see for yourself.
Not convinced after taking it for a spin? We'll happily provide a full refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from your order date. The returned product will be refurbished and used on another RUX adventure!
Exchanges are of course subject to availability, so if the requested product is unavailable we will process a refund.
Shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable, but as mentioned your return shipping is on us. We will issue refunds to your initial payment method, such as your credit card or gift card.

Note: For orders delivered outside the Canada, USA or Europe, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels at this time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
