The Aero Hat is a fitted performance fleece hat built from Polartec® Power Air™ Active, a fabric engineered to trap filament fibers internally and shed 80% fewer microplastics than conventional fleece. The updated construction is lighter, softer, more stretchable, faster drying, and warmer than its predecessor, making it a capable layer for high-output cold-weather activities like ski touring, winter running, and cross-country skiing. It fits comfortably under a helmet and is made entirely from recycled, recyclable materials designed to be returned and reprocessed at end of life.
