The Aero Hat is built for high-output cold-weather activities like ski touring, cross-country skiing, and winter running, offering a fitted, 4-way stretch construction that sits comfortably under a helmet. It uses Polartec® Power Air™ Active fabric, which traps filament fibers in small structural pockets to drastically reduce microfiber shedding while delivering strong warmth-to-weight performance. The fabric is made from recycled materials and is fully recyclable, designed to be returned and reprocessed at end of life rather than sent to landfill.
