The Orange Jacket is a minimalist waterproof shell designed around a single premise: full weather protection in the smallest possible packed form. Built from a smooth, ultralight recycled polyester fabric produced in Japan, it achieves a waterproof rating of 20,000mm H2O while weighing just 200g in a men's Large. A rolldown hood, elastic hem, and PFAS-free DWR treatment cover the essentials without adding unnecessary bulk, making it a practical emergency layer for running, ski touring, mountaineering, and climbing. The jacket is made from recycled and recyclable polyester, and Houdini operates a take-back recycling programme when the garment reaches end of life.
