The Silvestre is a handmade Italian trekking and approach shoe born from a design collaboration between Houdini and Montebelluna-based footwear manufacturer Demon. It merges the structure of a hiking shoe with elements of climbing slippers and mountaineering boots, featuring a hand-applied rubber rand around the toe and over the super-crepe EVA midsole to resist abrasion on alpine rock. Inside, a high-tenacity stretch microfiber gaiter lining creates a close, sock-like fit that keeps debris out on scree and loose terrain. A Vibram outer sole delivers traction across surfaces from city streets to technical scrambles.
