We currently ship to 42 countries and regions across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Southeast Asia — including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the service selected. Enjoy free shipping on all orders overUS$200 (based on product subtotal).

Duties & taxes

All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches and peak periods, dispatch may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Estimated delivery (from date of shipment)

United States, Canada, Australia,European Union*, United Kingdom – Estimated delivery within 8–15 business days from the date of shipment

Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam – Estimated delivery within 8–15 business days from the date of shipment

Japan, South Korea, Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR – Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary with customs clearance, holidays, or weather.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Note that tracking only updates after the carrier scans the parcel.

"Delivered" but not received?

Cross-border parcels often change hands between carriers, and some are scanned as delivered up to 48 hours early. If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, please check with neighbours, reception, or your mailroom, then allow 48 hours. If it still hasn't arrived, email us at repsycle.outdoor@gmail.com and we'll help.

Cancellations & cancelled orders

Orders can be cancelled only before they ship — contact us as soon as possible at repsycle.outdoor@gmail.com once dispatched, we can't cancel. On rare occasions we may need to cancel an order ourselves (for example, if an item is out of stock or there's an issue processing payment). If this happens, we'll notify you by email and issue a full refund.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Once your return is approved, please ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any marks (makeup, deodorant, perfume, etc.), with all original tags and packaging intact. We can't accept items that show signs of wear or otherwise don't meet these conditions.

Sizing & fit

Our pieces are unisex (one size range for all) and are developed around East Asian body proportions. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Please review the Sizing & Fit chart on each product page carefully before ordering, as this helps avoid fit-related returns.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned once opened. Final sale and clearance items are also not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email us at info.repsycle@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us, and we recommend a tracked service — we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is your responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll cover a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. For a different size or colour, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Duties & taxes

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a little longer to appear.
