The Aero Hat is a fitted performance hat built from Polartec® Power Air™ Active fabric, an engineered fleece that traps filament fibers in small structural pockets to dramatically reduce microfiber shedding. The fabric offers 4-way stretch, exceptional breathability, and a strong warmth-to-weight ratio, making it suitable for high-output cold-weather activities like ski touring, winter running, and cross-country skiing. At just 40g, it sits low-profile enough to wear comfortably under a helmet. Both the fabric and the finished garment are made from recycled materials and are fully recyclable at end of life.
