RETURNS:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of shipment date.

• Items must be returned in original condition meaning items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of marks or scents.

• Items must be returned in original packaging.

• Receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

• After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

• We obtain the right to refuse a return if the above criteria is not met.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• We cannot accept returns for gift cards or sale items.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

• Quality is at the core of our values. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, we’ll take it back.

• We review damage issues on a case by case basis.

REFUNDS:

• We refund 100% of your order minus shipping costs if returned within 30 days and all return criteria are met.
