This alteration service replaces both Velcro® heel straps on Cairn sandals with the G-hook-and-loop heel hook strap system used on Bedrock's PRO sandal models. The upgrade offers a more secure and refined fit, bringing your existing sandals closer to PRO-level performance without purchasing a new pair. If your current strap color is unavailable, an alternate color preference can be noted before submitting your ReSoul & Repair Request.
