We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S on orders over $50 USD. Please note that since gift cards are electronically sent, they do not count towards the free shipping minimum.
We also offer international shipping to select locations.

All orders require 1-2 business days to process. The shipping methods listed at checkout only show the carrier's estimated transit time and does not include processing time. Once shipped, standard orders usually arrive within 7 business days and expedited orders within 3 business days. Transit times cannot be guaranteed for international shipments or orders outside the contiguous U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Print-on-demand products are printed in small batches weekly and shipped from a separate U.S. facility. Processing times may vary. These limited edition items are excluded from our shipping timeline policies and holiday delivery cutoffs due to longer processing times. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Orders containing items from both our print-on-demand center and main warehouse will ship separately, each with its own tracking number, and may arrive at different times. Print-on-demand products are noted on their individual product pages.

Return & Exchange Policy + How To Return

Return Policy

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not currently offer exchanges. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on Nomadix.co as long as it meets the following criteria:

- Merchandise must be unwashed, unused and unworn.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, with tags attached if applicable
- Orders containing promotional merchandise and sales items are final sale and are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery date.
- We can only accept returns for items purchased directly on the Nomadix.co website.

How To Make A Return
Please read the return policy above before proceeding to the RETURNS PORTAL. If your return does not meet the conditions listed in the return policy, then we will not be able to issue a refund and the items will be donated.

Please include your name and order number in the return package in case the label is damaged during transit.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
