Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on its way, you’ll get an email with your tracking details. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from outside our home base, your country may charge import duties or taxes once your package arrives.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Mistakes happen — but please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, the re-shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

● Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

● Free from stains, deodorant marks, scents (like perfume), or pet hair

● All Outopia tags, labels, and protective liners attached and undamaged

● Returned in the original transparent garment bag

Refunds

Once your return passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for it to process and appear on your statement.

Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is simple:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s not right — defective, damaged, or the wrong item — email us at support@outopia.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

This covers manufacturing defects upon arrival, not normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse.
