Utility Pad is designed as both a kneeling pad, or as a sit pad, true to our brands roots in creating 'useful' products! We utilize a combination of foam layers for the filling, providing a firm and supportive, but still comfy platform to bring a little more peace and presence to whatever you find yourself doing on the ground. The foam insert is removable and can be replaced if needed. Features a durable and water resistant Cordura ®️ nylon shell for protection on all surfaces + a handy hanging loop and reflective strap for transportation, storage or securing to bags, benches etc. Light (only 3.75oz!) and compact (15” x 9” x 1”), it's an easy carry item that's perfect for many activities: GARDENING / DIY / DAMP BENCHES / RANDONEURRING / CANOEING / OR EVERYDAY CARRY. Filling: Re-bonded/recycled polyurethane foam - made from shredded off cuts and recycled foam that would otherwise be headed for landfill. Plus a layer of closed cell foam that extends the life of the filling and reduces knee impact on uneven surfaces. Where do you ship to?
Generally anywhere but if your location is not processing through our shipping system please contact us for support. There are also some instances where certain countries may not allow for the import of natural fibers, which we use in our cushion fillings.
Please note that our overseas customers (outside of U.S) will be responsible for any import duties and customs requirements applied by their home country.

Shipping Timing:
Most of our product is custom built to order, so we typically ship within 5-7 days via UPS or USPS. We do not offer expedited shipping as an option at checkout given that we build product to order.If your order is time sensitive please contact us and we will do our best to support your needs. Where is my tracking number? Your tracking number will be emailed to you using the email provided during checkout when your order ships.
Return Window:
We accept product returns in unused condition within 7 days of purchase.

How do I return an order?
All returns are at customers expense. Customers must ensure goods are securely packed for safe return transit and product is in unused condition.
Once returns have been received, items are inspected for any use/damage, after that we will issue a refund for the cost of the items. No refunds are given for shipping charges.
