We know you can’t wait to get your new gear, so we do our very best to get it out the door quickly. All orders through wild-rye.com are packed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Wild Rye Standard Shipping ships via USPS, so please provide your PO Box address if that is how you get your mail (we're talking to you, mountain town people!). We also offer UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air.

Once your order has left the warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. You will be able to track your order via the USPS or UPS website using the tracking number provided in the email.

All international orders outside of Canada will be charged a $35 flat rate.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns:

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked, as long as products are in new condition. To make a return, please visit our returns portal.

New condition means:

• Tags still attached
• Not worn outside
• Not washed
• No stains - Please please be sure that you are clean when trying on your garments for the first time. We cannot accept returns with deodorant or other stains. No animal hair - No, but seriously. We love furry friends, but cannot accept returns with excessive animal hair as your product will no longer be sellable.

Please note: Items noted as Final Sale, during specific sale periods or otherwise, are not eligible for return. Additionally, we can only process returns for products purchased directly from wild-rye.com. If you bought from a Wild Rye dealer, please contact them directly.

DOMESTIC RETURNS:

Locate your order number from your confirmation email, then begin your return or exchange through our online returns portal. Follow the steps to initiate your return. Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Please drop off your return to the carrier within 10 days of receiving your label. We charge a flat rate of $4.50 for return shipping, but exchanges are free.

Holiday Return Policy

Any orders placed between 11/1 - 12/25 can take advantage of our extended holiday return policy. These orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase, or until January 15th, whichever comes later.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Locate your order number from your confirmation email, then begin your return or exchange through our online returns portal. We do not provide labels for international returns, so you must take the return to the carrier of your choice and follow the instructions on your return confirmation email to ship the item(s) back to us.

When will I get my refund?

Once received at our warehouse, please allow two weeks for returns to be processed and refunds to appear on your credit card statement - though we try to process them as quickly as possible.

EXCHANGES

We now offer even exchanges. An even exchange is an exchange for a different size or color of the same product (color must be the same price). If you wish to exchange your item, please visit our returns portal.
