It usually takes 1 to 2 business days to process and handle your order. Once we've processed it, we ship it. (2-3 Days)

We charge a flat $13 rate for all packages shipped within the United States under $200.

Free Shipping for purchases $200 and up.

Processing and handling takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders shipped domestically normally take 2 to 3 business days to arrive.

Orders can be canceled before they're packaged—once orders are packaged and processed they cannot be canceled. Once we give a package to USPS we are no longer responsible for it. All orders are insured against damage by USPS.

Order Cancellation:

  1. For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
  2. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number and also a Tracking Link. To review your order status Click on that Tracking link from the USPS or From their official website(https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input) You can Track your order with the Tracking Number.

It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.

Please note:

  1. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  2. Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Thanks for your purchase. We hope you're happy with it! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange—barring a few exceptions. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS


All returns must be postmarked within Fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. (Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.)

1. For defective products/customer remorse

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please insure your package is shipped back safely (the original packaging is usually a good place to start) and damaged returns will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCESS


To return an item, please email customer service at info@windthrow.store to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from receiving your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
