We move quickly, because we know you’re eager to get moving too. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
As soon as your gear ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Wherever you run, we want to meet you there. We currently ship worldwide.

Tracking Your Order
Once your package is on its way, you’ll get an email with your tracking details. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
If something feels off — if your order hasn’t arrived when it should — just reach out to us at support@outopia.com with your name and order number. We’ll look into it right away.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from outside our home base, your country may charge import duties or taxes once your package arrives.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and every country is a little different. If you’re unsure, your local customs office can provide guidance before you order.
Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Mistakes happen — but please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, the re-shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Our fulfillment team works fast. Once an order is placed, we can’t promise changes or cancellations.

We design gear to go the distance — and we want you to feel just as confident in your purchase as you do on the trail. If your new gear isn’t the right fit, or not quite what you expected, our return process is simple and straightforward.
This policy applies to all purchases made directly from our website.
Quick Overview
● You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
● Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping.
● Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
● Some items are not returnable: Final Sale products, gift cards, socks, and undergarments.
Return Eligibility
To keep things fair for every customer, returned items must arrive in original, new condition. That means:
● Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
● Free from stains, deodorant marks, scents (like perfume), or pet hair
● All Outopia tags, labels, and protective liners attached and undamaged
● Returned in the original transparent garment bag
Refunds
Once your return passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for it to process and appear on your statement.
Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is simple:
1. Return your original item for a refund.
2. Place a new order right away for the item you want.
This way, you don’t have to wait for an exchange to process before receiving your new gear.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s not right — defective, damaged, or the wrong item — email us at support@outopia.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
This covers manufacturing defects upon arrival, not normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse.
