On Saturday, August 29, WeekEnds and Vivobarefoot are slowing things down for a neighborhood walk through Brooklyn Heights and Brooklyn Bridge Park, led by Rob Sboring of Dominguez Corporation.

Starting at Hatchet Supply, we’ll spend 60–75 minutes moving through the neighborhood and exploring the different surfaces beneath our feet—from cobblestone and gravel to grass, dirt, and asphalt. Along the way, Rob will incorporate stretching and breathwork while introducing some of the ideas behind barefoot movement and a more natural way of moving through the city.
The premise is simple: get outside, slow down, spend time with friends, and experience a familiar neighborhood a little differently.
We’ll make a few stops at some of our favorite local spots for complimentary light refreshments before returning to Hatchet Supply. Vivobarefoot footwear will be available to try throughout the event, along with foot scanning and time afterward to hang out, learn more about barefoot movement, and explore the Vivo collection.
